A: Our standard crucible is made of high-purity graphite, the best material to avoid metal adhesion. Minor sticking may occur due to improper operation, different melting materials or working environment, which is normal.
Q2: How many times can one crucible be reused?
A: Graphite crucibles are consumables. Service life varies based on melting material, operation frequency and working conditions. Inspect the crucible before every use; replace it immediately if walls thin or cracks appear.
Q3: Can I melt gold powder / silver powder for refining?
A: Yes, this furnace supports precious metal powder melting. You need to control refining process parameters by yourself.
